Nice & easy to make.

You can leave off the Diam from the topping if you like.

You Will Need (11 things)

  • Base

  • 60 g Butter Softened
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 175 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 2 Diam bar Chopped
  • Topping

  • 250 g White Chocolate
  • 125 g Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 Diam bar

Steps (10 steps, 40 minutes)

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Cream butter & sugar together.

    Add egg & vanilla.

    Stir through.

    Add flour.

    Stir to combine.

    Stir through the Diam bars..

  5. 5

    Press into a tray.

    Bake for 20-25 mins.

    Cool the base completely.

    Melt the chocolate & set aside.

    Mix the chocolate & mascarpone together.

  8. 8

    Spread over the base.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle with the remaining Diam Bar.

  10. 10

    Cut & serve.
