I loved this project by Can Can Dancer, but wanted to post a tutorial with bigger images. I also adapted them to fit my ears, which fit 0g plugs.

Description

I loved this project by Can Can Dancer, but wanted to post a tutorial with bigger images. I also adapted them to fit my ears, which fit 0g plugs.

Instructions

1. 

   First cut out two feather shapes from some denim fabric.

2. 

   Cut the edges so that they look like feathers.

3. 

   Create one "x" incision in each end of the denim feathers by folding the fabric and cutting with scissors.

4. 

   Insert the eyelets into the incision

5. 

   Close with an eyelet tool and a hammer.

6. 

   Clean edges that won't fray.

7. 

   Trim

8. 

   And decorate.
