Delicious And Healthy Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Who doesn't love pizza? This is my healthy, gluten free version! Making the crust with a cauliflower - so delicious!!

You Will Need (14 things)
- Measuring Cup
- Food Processor
- Frying Pan
- Spatula
- Parchment Paper
- Oven Tray
- Oven
- Garlic
- Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 80 g Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- Toppings anything you like!
Steps (5 steps, 60 minutes)

Pre-heat your oven to 200℃
Cut and add your cauliflower to a food processor and blend until it looks like little grains of rice.

Once nice and fine, add to a dry fry pan and cook on a low heat until all moisture evaporates. (Do not over cook/burn)
When you think all the moisture is gone, put it into a bowl and let it cool down.

Once cooled, add your egg and Parmesan Cheese.
Mix first with a spatula and then with your hands.
It should come together nicely.Place your mixture on a lined oven tray and shape into a pizza shape. (Make it nice and thin so it cooks right through).

Place into your 200℃ (390℉) pre-heated oven and cook for 12-16 minutes or until it's nice and golden brown.
Once out of the oven, brush garlic infused olive oil over the top of the pizza. Then spread on your pizza/tomato sauce and top with your favorite pizza toppings. Finally season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.

Cook in a 180℃ (350℉) oven for around 20 minutes.
Then grill for a further 4-5 minutes.Cool it for a few minutes before slicing up and enjoying!
