I always use clothes pins for keeping chip and cereal bags closed and I seen something similar a while back and thought they were so cute!
I got out my Elmers decoupage glue and cut some scrapbook paper just the right width and length. Then dipped my finger in the glue and wiped it on one side of the clothes pin and then on the back of the paper, quickly place the paper on the clothes pin and smooth flat and put another light coat of the glue on. I think they dried in about 10 minutes!
