These letters will personalize your bedroom. I made these and hung them above my bed. (They are my initials, not the word "Web")

Choose a color that your paint will be and that all your paper will be set around. The paper doesn't have to be solid colors, but I would recommend having the main color somewhere in the print of the paper. The print shouldn't be too large because it won't look the same when it's cut up. You'll see what I mean later on.
Paint all the letters the same color on the front sides and the sides of the letter. Let the paint dry. The paint will be there in case the paper doesn't fully cover up all of the surface of the letter. My letters were gray, and my main color was hot pink, so the gray was not something I wanted to see.
Cut the paper into different sizes of squares and rectangles, or any shape you would like. Glue them onto the letter with the Mod Podge. You can overlap the pieces of paper. This step can be very time consuming depending on how big or small you make the pieces of paper be. It is fine if you make the paper go over the edge of the letter. If you do this, use a cutter, flip the letter over, and cut the excess off.
After the letters dry, go over them with the Mod Podge. It will keep the paper from coming up and it dries clear.
Hang up the letters. Then you're finished!
