Whisk together the butter and brown sugar. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Whisk in the spices then add half of the milk and half of the flour and whisk.
Add the remaining milk and flour and then whisk.
Separate the batter into two greased cake tins.
Bake at 200'C for 25 minutes.
Spread the top of one of the cakes with a third of the chocolate ganache.
Place the second cake on top and spread ganache on top and around the edges.
Place sugar skulls around the edge of the cake.
Crush an entire packet of peanut butter Oreos with a mortar and pestle into crumbs.
Coat the entire cake with cookie crumbs to look like dirt and top with gummy worms.
