So, I made a couple of skirts about a year ago (I know, I know) from large men's tees I had no intention of wearing as tops. the first here: I made by hacking up on old dark side of the moon tee from my hubby, adding the bottom tier from a torn Indian cotton peasant skirt to form the ruffle trim and adding a drawstring waist closure. The ribbon I scored for a .99 cents at Michael's. This one: was made by taking the free promo tee I got from the Borat dvd release, and hacking it adding some vintage Loli lace trim to the bottom and installing a drawstring waist with *suprise* .99 cent ribbon from Michaels. (I am such a cheapskate....lalal alala.....)
