Don't be alarmed I fear we're falling back to ground.

I know neon green isn't dark, but it just looks awesome with black.

I'm going to be a fairie for Halloween so I decided to do this look, but I think this look could go with multiple costumes.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • Neon Green Eyeliner
  • Black Shimmer Eyeshadow
  • Neon Green Eyeshadow
  • White Matte Eyeshadow
  • Purple Mascara
  • Clear Shimmer Lip Gloss
  • Gold Loose Eyeshadow

Steps (9 steps, 20 minutes)

  1. 1

First put a primer all over you lid and little bit on the side of your nose.

  2. 2

Take the eyeliner and put it all over your lid. I just put little lines all over. It doesn't have to look nice because you are going to smudge it all over.

  3. 3

Now take the green eyeshadow(it doesn't have to be the same color as the eyeliner mine was a darker) and put it over the eyeliner. And add a teeny tiny bit to the crease.

  4. 4

Take a crease brush and get the shimmery black into the crease and above it. Now take it all the way over the lid and down on to the side of your nose just a little bit.

  5. 5

Get some of the black eyeshadow on an eyeliner brush and make points with the black that is on your nose. Also if anything is smudged you can line it and clean it.

  6. 6

Take a small eyeshadow brush and take the green eyeshadow and put it under your eye about halfway.

  7. 7

I put the green eyeliner on my waterline, but you can use any color you want.

  8. 8

Now I took the matte white color and used it to highlight my eye.

I wanted some more color so I used purple mascara.

  9. 9

To finish this put on a clear shimmery lip gloss. Then I took Sugarpill's Goldilux and put it over the lip gloss. Not a lot, just a hint.

Now go scare people. Or just look awesome.
