The recipe does 7 fondant, you can scale it down to suit you.
The recipe does 7 fondant, you can scale it down to suit you.
Melt the chocolate & butter together.
Whisk eggs, yolks & sugar together.
Add the chocolate to the eggs. Stir through.
Add the flour & fold in to combine.
Pour into moulds. Rest in the fridge for atleast 30 mins.
Bake at 185 degrees for 8-9 mins.
Serve.
