Instructions

1. 

   black tank top, sequins, threat, needle

2. 

   arrange where u want the sequins to be, u can do any pattern

3. 

   sew all the sequins on, might take about 20 mins. or so, depending on how fast u sew

4. 

   ur finally done, yay!! u can pair it with cute skinny jeans and flats or a cute mini skirt :)
