I was bored one day and this is what I came up with. Sorry that there is no pictures, I forgot to take them while doing it! Enjoy :D P.S. I haven't been on in a while because school started. :)

You will need

Light Blue Nail Polish Base Coat And Top Coat Polish Striper Brushes Or Toothpick White Nail Polish Dotting Tool Or Bobby Pin Red Nail Polish

I was bored one day and this is what I came up with. Sorry that there is no pictures, I forgot to take them while doing it! Enjoy :D P.S. I haven't been on in a while because school started. :)

Instructions

1. Paint a base coat on all nails. Let dry. Paint the nails white. You may need a few coats to make it opaque or solid.

2. INDEX FINGER: Use your striper brushes or toothpick and make 4 or 5 lines with light blue polish across you nails. Let Dry.

3. Make one line of red from the top of your nail to the bottom on the left side. Let dry.

4. Use the dotting tool and red and blue polishes to make different sized dots overlapping on your other fingers. Apply a top coat, let dry, and your done! :D
