i had a plain outfit and this made the whole outfit look great!!!!!

Instructions

1. 

   grab a plain necklace. it doesn't have to be plain but its better if it is plain.

2. 

   grab your ribbon that is about 12 in long

3. 

   simply tie a bow (or how ever many you desire) onto your necklace

4. 

   and wear!!!!
