This was so easy to make, and matches a cute tote I made for a friend's birthday. The blue fabric is actually a placemat I found at a thrift store, and the inside white fabric is a scrap of 100% cotton. :)

You will need

2 Coordinating Fabric pieces of each 3 Colored Pencils used to measure the intervals of fabric Coordinating Thread
