It was SO easy, and cute:)

Instructions

1. 

   So lets begin:) first, ur going to need sissors, tape OR a stapler and some paper, I chose cute paper:)

2. 

   Next, cut ur paper in 3 strips, the thinner and longer, the better.

3. 

   Next, make this star shape thingy you see in the picture <-- if ur using colored or pattern paper, make sure the pattern part in DOWN! Tape or staple down the three strips in the middle.

4. 

   bring the papers up so it looks like this <--- then just tape it or glue it:) if u want to hang it, just tie on clear in white string:)
