Draw around your netbook onto the material then cut out the size of your netbook x2 with two inches added around the edge. You need to cut out two of these, one in the stripy fabric and another in the plain fabric.
Cut out a rectangle (for the patch pocket) the same width as the fabric and deep enough for your charger.
Get the plain inside material and pin the patch pocket in the desired place. Then sew it across the bottom.
Fold the two pieces of fabric in half then pin together and sew up the two sides(don't forget it needs to be inside out!) The patch pocket will be sewn in at the same time as the side seams.Once sewn turn it so it is not inside out.
Sew the zip across the top. (I did it as an exposed zip because I found it easier)
If you want to for a finishing touch use a scrap of the plain material and make it into a bow. Glue this on to the front. Now you are finished!!
