I made this in about 20 minutes for my new hedgehog. Hedgehogs need fleece because it does not unravel and get all stringy, so make sure to turn it inside out once you sew it to hide the thread better and to trim all strings. Also using fleece strips and larger pieces to stuff it, is better than poly stuffing or small pieces of normal fabric or fleece. I hot glued the black fleece eyes on and the nose is just a piece of black fleece glued and folded over. The bow is fleece. I tried to make this as hedgehog friendly as possible by using no buttons, or stringy fabric, but again............use caution when you give it to your hedgie! I drew a simple pattern out of freezer paper.
