Instructions

1. draw lines across leaving about 1/2 inch uncut on each side.

2. cut the lines. then cut the left first strip leaving 1/2 inch.

3. stretch both ends & tie pieces in a corner bow. repeat using opposite corners & so on cut off any excess material....
