This cut and sew sweater uses sweater fabric that is sewn on a serger. Sweater fabric can be found by the yard online or in fabric stores. This is Simplicity Pattern #S8738. I made no pattern adjustments, other than to the neckline. I made the turtle neck shorter to fit my short neck.

Cut out sweater according to pattern directions. Serge shoulder seams together with strips of 1" wide interfacing to keep seam from stretching. Sew turtle neck seam, fold wrong sides together. Stitch to neck seam matching markings.
Attach sleeves into armhole. Sew underarm seam and side seams. Hem sleeve with 1" zig zag stitch. Hem sweater with 1 1/4" zig zag hem. Press slightly and enjoy! Read the entire blog post here: https://chambrayblues.com/2019/01/04/anyone-can-make-a-cut-and-sew-sweater/
