You Will Need (7 things)

  • 170 g Butter
  • 55 g Icing Sugar
  • 170 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 55 g Custard Powder
  • Filling

  • 100 g Icing Sugar
  • 50 g Butter

Steps (5 steps, 20 minutes)

    Heat 355/180 degrees.

    Cream together the Butter & icing sugar.

    Gradually add the flour & custard powder until incorporated.

  3. 3

    Place tbsp of mixture onto a tray.

    Flatten down.

    Bake for 10-12 mins.

    Filling...

    Mix together icing sugar & butter.

  5. 5

    Sandwich the biscuit & filling together.

    Serve.
