Description

You see them in those upscale shops, the high end cupcake places, well here is your inexpensive solution. And if you have the time, cut a design along the top.

Instructions

  1. Small parchement square 1260829975

Get out your parchment paper. I bought a boat load of 6 inch square parchment off ebay because I was determined to make this work.

  2. Small juice galls 1260829879

Get a juice glass. This actually is a beer tasting glass from a fund raiser, I believe it is about 4 ounces.

  3. Small on glass 1260830058

Lay the parchment square on top of the upside down juice glass.

  4. Small place on top and fold down 1260830133

Slide you hand down the side of the glass. Grab the glass and slide down.

  5. Small lined tins 1260830237

You can fuss with the folds to your liking. Place in your cup cake or muffin tin.

  6. Small french press22 1260830704

Now, lets fill those cupcake liners without making a mess. Get a disposable cake decorating bag (they really are reusable) and place in a container that will hold it steady while you fill it. Yes, I used my french press coffee maker for this. Fill your bag with batter.

  7. Small batter 1260830954

Gently squeeze the batter into the parchment liners.

  8. Small cupcake i 1260831056

Pop into the oven and bake as you normally would.

    Frost and decorate. Bon Appetite.
