I crocheted the cups using the Drops design. Then I used lace pattern #2006 from mypicot.com for one series of rows, then switched to a variation of a v-stitch. For the bottom edging, I switched back to the lace pattern from mypicot.com and crocheted some beads on the last row to help it drape nicely. I made the panties using stretch knit ribbed fabric, and stretch cotton (lining). The lace was a bright white, so I tea-dyed it and then sewed it on.
