When I saw this crochet safety cone, I fell in love! I made this safety cone and then I wondered what the cone could wear, since the one in the picture was wearing a ski hat. I had just bought a beret for this winter myself, so I decided it would be the perfect thing. And now everyone can have their own safety cone beret!

chain 2 and leave a long tail 4 sc into first stitch 2 sc into each stitch (8) *2 sc into one stitch then 1 sc into the next* in all stitches in the round (12) *sc 2 together, sc into next stitch* in all stitches in the round then join with slip stitch into next stitch (8)
Sew in the outside end. Thread the long tail you left in the beginning through the top of the hat. Cut it short to make the tassle. DONE!
