Hello friends! This is the written pattern for this cute little owl. It’s very easy to make. You can make it in different colors with different yarn. I made it for Christmas tree. You can also make a keychain. The pattern is written in U.S. terms. Here is a list of the abbreviations used: Mr – Magic Ring Ch- Chain Sc- Single Crochet Inc- Increase (2 sc in next sc) Dec- Decrease (single crochet next two stitches together) sl st - slip stitch Fo- Fasten Off I used pink, orange, blue, black and white super fine Acrylic Yarn and 2 mm crochet hook size, but you can use any weight with the appropriate hook size, gauge is not important. You will also need stuffing, needle and scissors. Dimension of finished toy: 5-6 cm The Magic Ring (or Adjustable Ring) is used when crocheting in rounds, and should be used for Amigurumi projects. The advantages of using the Magic Ring, is that once tightened, it leaves no hole in the center of your work. It replaces the step of "Ch 2 and single crochet in the 2nd chain from the hook", which is the first step in many crochet projects. http://www.wikihow.com/Crochet-a-Magic-Ring Note: Work in continuous rounds, do not join.
