Abbreviations: sc: Single Crochet ch: Chain st: Stitch Rnd(s): Round(s) 2tog: Insert hook into st and draw up a loop. Insert hook into next st and draw up a loop. Yarn over though all 3 loops on hook. (decrease) *: Repeat stitches from * to end of * Head: With white yarn, Ch 2 Rnd 1: Work 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook (5 st) Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each st (10 st) Rnd 3: *2 sc in 1st st, 1 sc in next st*, repeat from * (15 st) Rnd 4: *2 sc in 1st st, Sc in next 2 st*, repeat from * (20 st) Rnd 5: *2 sc in 1st st, Sc in next 3 st*, repeat from * (25 st) Rnd 6: *2 sc in 1st st, Sc in next 4 st*, repeat from * (30 st) Rnds 7-12: Sc in each st around (30 st) Rnd 13: *2tog, Sc in next 4 st*, repeat from * (25 st) Rnd 14: *2tog, Sc in next 3 st*, repeat from * (20 st) Rnd 15: *2tog, Sc in next 2 st*, repeat from * (15 st) Fasten off, don’t leave a tail for sewing. Legs: (you will need to make 2) With white yarn, Ch 2 Rnd 1: Work 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook (5 st) Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each st (10 st) Rnd 3-4: Sc in each sc around (10 st) Fasten off, leave a tail for sewing. (about 6") Stuff lightly. Attach legs to front of body.
Tail: With white yarn, Ch 2 Rnd 1: Work 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook (5 st) Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each st (10 st) Rnd 3: Sc in each st around (10 st) Fasten off, leave a tail for sewing. (about 6") Stuff lightly. Attach tail to back of body.
Flower (for hood, you will need to make 3 petals) With white yarn, Ch 2 Rnd 1: Work 4 sc in 2nd ch from hook (4 st) Fasten off, don't leave a tail for sewing on 2 of petals. On 3rd petal, leave a tail for sewing. Attach 3 petals together to form flower. Attach flower to left ear.
