You know when you really really want to do something but lack of tools and/or material?
Well, I had one of those moments last week when I wanted to learn how to crochet but I didn’t have a crochet hook at home and it was somewhere about midnight so there weren’t any shops open to buy it…
So I decided to make it myself!
I saw on craftster that someone made crochet hooks out of chopsticks and branches…
I chose an old paintbrush because it’s easy to cut…
I’ll paint it green as soon as finish a hat I started crocheting

You Will Need (3 things)

  • Paint Brush
  • Cutting Tool a shap knife is just fine..BUT BE CAREFUL not to cut your fingers!
  • Sand Paper

Steps (4 steps, 60 minutes)

    take your paintbrush

    cut across the green lines making a triangle like shape

  2. 2

    again cut as shown with green lines
    the top of the hook should be pointy

  3. 3

    this is the front view
    and again cut as shown with the green line

  4. 4

    now just smoothen it with sand paper (i used very fine sand paper)and your ready to crochet! :D
