Here is a Cupcake hat I made for a co-worker. I used buttons instead of beads for the sprinkles. Made using a pattern I found.

You will need

1 Size H Crochet Hook Button(s) , Thread, Sequins Etc For Decoration 3 skein in the the colors you want to use for the hat Worsted Weight Yarn
