recipe serves 10. time is including chilling time, and it's a rough guess. i actually chilled mine for a night and half a day. mine didn't go perfectly, but were pretty good for a first try. the crème caramel was not entirely smooth, and the caramel was very slighty burned. i made 1/5th of the recipe, enough for 2 small flans. even though they weren't perfect, the crème caramels were still pretty good (: ps. that's my cat noodles sniffing at the crème caramel. she thought they smelled bad :p
