These are a take on rice crispy cakes.
You can easily cut the recipe in half.

You Will Need (14 things)

Base
- 3 1/2 cup Rice Crispies
- 6 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
- 2x1/4 cup Water
- 2 x 1/4 cup Sugar
- 6 tbsp Butter Melted
- 10 extra large Marshmallows

Filling
- 2 cup Peanut Butter
- 10 oz Milk Chocolate

Topping
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
Steps (9 steps, 30 minutes)

Base...
Place the water, sugar & corn syrup in a pan.
Heat to 235 degrees.

Add the butter.
Stir through.

Add the Marshmallow
Stir until melted.

Add the rice crispies.
Stir to coat.

Press into a tray.

Peanut filling...
Add the chocolate & peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl.
Heat to Melt together.

Pour over the crispies.
Leave to completely cool.

Topping...
Melt all the ingredients together.
Mix well to combine.

Pour over the peanut filling.
Allow to set.
