Easy to make. No need to refrigerate the dough.

You will need

1 1/2 cup Plain Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 cup Butter 1 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1 Egg 1 tsp Orange Zest 1 tbsp Orange Juice 1/2 cup Icing Sugar

Easy to make. No need to refrigerate the dough.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.

2. 

   Add orange zest, juice, vanilla & egg. Stir to combine.

3. 

   Add flour, salt, baking powder & bicarb. Stir til just combined.

4. 

   Scoop heap table spoon full of the mixture. Roll into balls. Coat in icing sugar.

5. 

   Place on a tray. Bake for 10-14 mins

6. 

   Serve
