Great for feeding a crowd.

You will need

3 cloves Garlic Minced 4 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 lb Chicken Breast 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Paprika 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1/2 cup Milk 1 cup Mozzarella 8 oz Pasta 1 tbsp Basil 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 cup Pasta Water 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oil. Cook garlic & tomatoes.

2. 

   Sprinkle the chicken with paprika. Add chicken to pan. Cook through.

3. Cook pasta. Reserve 1/2 cup of water.

4. 

   Add cheese, cream & milk to chicken. Simmer until cheese melts & sauce thickens.

5. 

   Add the basil, pepper flakes & salt. Stir through .

6. 

   Add pasta & extra water. Stir through to coat the Pasta.

7. 

   Serve.
