Easy to make. Great for feeding a crowd.

You will need

3 Garlic Cloves 4 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 lb Chicken Breast Salt Pepper 1/4 tsp Paprika 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1/2 cup Milk 1 cup Mozzarella 8 oz Pasta 1 tbsp Basil 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 cup Pasta Water

Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to instructions.

2. 

   Fry the tomato, chilli flakes & garlic together for a few mins.

3. 

   Add the chicken. Add paprika, salt & pepper. Cook through.

4. 

   Add cream, milk & cheese. Cook until heated through.

5. Mix pasta & sauce together. Sprinkle with Basil.

6. 

   Serve.
