These are great because you can make them for all kinds of things - what to cook, what kind of movie to see, what fashion look to go for that day, what colour to pick etc. etc. I was sitting around not knowing what to craft and then I came up with the idea of making this, so that I would never be stuck again!

Take a piece of paper, a ruler and a pencil. Draw out 4 boxes vertically with two boxes at either side of the second box down. I made my ones measure 2cm x 2cm.
Draw tabs on the sides of each box, the bigger you make these, the easier it will be to put together later.
Draw or write your decision options inside each block.
Cut out the dice.
Score along the lines of the dice using a ruler and something sharp and pointy.
Fold the tabs around the edge under.
Cover the tabs in glue and then fold into the dice. Press each edge together to ensure it's stuck and secure. Leave to dry and then get rolling!
Here's a scan of the one I made, just in case anyone wants to miss out the first few steps and just print this one out. (Click to get it big!)
