I tried this for the first time yesterday and it was delicious so I thought I'd share it. I love pannini's but normally I find them heavy and dense and I struggle to eat it all, This however was suprisingly light. You can top or fill pannin's with anything you like, I look forward to seeing your versions.

Cut your paninni in half length ways, separating the top from the bottom. Then toast under the grill on both sides or if you have a large toaster you can use this.
Place on a plate and spread with a thin layer of margarine. If you are using seafood dressing and spread this on top now.
Add sone of the crab meat (1 small can normally makes 3-4 pannini's).
Add some salad on top then place the top of the pannini on top.
Cut and eat. Enjoy! Sorry about the poor photo,s will try to get some better ones.
