This is a good way to use up leftover courgettes.
It tastes really moist.
You can add icing if you wish but it doesn't need it.

You Will Need (11 things)
- 250 g Plain Flour
- 375 g Sugar
- 65 g Cocoa
- 2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Eggs
- 350 ml Oil
- 340 g Courgettes Grated
- 90 g Walnuts Broken
Steps (5 steps, 80 minutes)

Heat oven 180 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients together.

Mix in the eggs & oil.

Fold through the courgette & nuts.

Pour into a tin & bake for 50 mins to 1 hr until cooked through.

Leave to cool.
Serve.
