Easy to make & taste nice.

You will need

1/2 cup Butter 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Plain Flour 1 cup Coconut 1 cup Cornflakes Crushed

Easy to make & taste nice.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/175 degrees. Cream butter & sugars together.

2. 

   Add egg & vanilla. Stir through.

3. 

   Fold in flour, salt, baking powder & bicarb until just combined.

4. 

   Fold in coconut & corn flakes.

5. 

   Drop spoonfuls of dough on to tray. Bake for 8-10 mins. Squash with a spatula when just out of oven.

6. 

   Cool. Serve.
