I made this button box as a prop for my Hallowe'en costume this year. It was a lot of fun to make! The how-to on Instructables was very easy to follow. I just skipped the whole painting of the stripes on - too much work! Easier to buy striped paper :)

You will need

2 Button(s) striped Scrapbook Paper 1 Darning Needle black Thread beige Construction Paper or a small wooden spool 1 piece of scrap Fabric thick and sturdy Card (I used 3 comic book backing boards) Ribbon Hot Glue Gun Packaging Tape Glue Stick
