Easy to prepare in advance & slow cook for dinner.
Heat oven 150 degrees. Fry the ham in the butter until Crispy. Remove to a dish.
Mix together the flour, salt & pepper. Coat the chicken in the flour. Brown in a pan. Remove to the dish.
Fry the garlic,onion,bay, tomato purée & carrot.
Add the wine, boil to evaporate the alcohol.
Add the chicken stock. Heat through. Pour over the chicken.
Add mushrooms. Cover & cook on a low shelf for cook for 1 hr 30 mins. Check that the chicken is cooked.
Serve with potatoes or rice.
