You Will Need (14 things)

  • 4 oz Ham Chopped
  • Chicken Drumsticks
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Red Onions Chopped
  • Bay Leaf
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 bottle Red Wine
  • 3 Carrot(s) Chopped
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • Mushroom(s)

Steps (7 steps, 110 minutes)

    Heat oven 150 degrees.

    Fry the ham in the butter until Crispy.

    Remove to a dish.

    Mix together the flour, salt & pepper.

    Coat the chicken in the flour.

    Brown in a pan.

    Remove to the dish.

    Fry the garlic,onion,bay, tomato purée & carrot.

    Add the wine, boil to evaporate the alcohol.

    Add the chicken stock.

    Heat through.

    Pour over the chicken.

    Add mushrooms.

    Cover & cook on a low shelf for cook for 1 hr 30 mins.

    Check that the chicken is cooked.

    Serve with potatoes or rice.
