Description

Iron patterns on dark fabric is often difficult. The lines are too pale and you can't follow them easily. On the contrary they are well printed on white kitchen paper...

Instructions

  1. Small toulousenancyparis050 zps5fbf82f5

Copy or print an actual size pattern. Re-draw the lines of the pattern with the iron-on pen

  2. Small toulousenancyparis051 zpsb4b1de4f

Iron the pattern on the kitchen paper.

  3. Small toulousenancyparis057 zpsfaa35cc8

Place the pattern on your fabric printed face visible and pin it if needed. I usually apply the kitchen paper on the right side. I find it easier to work with the needle thread since I can directly check the result. First use straith stich then zig-zag stich according to what you wish.

  4. Small toulousenancyparis058 zpsfda4d76a

Carefully remove all piece of kitchen paper with the pliers.

Et voilà. You can use the copy several times. You only have to redraw from time to time the pattern with the iron-on pen.
