For my beginning jewelry making for non-majors class, we were required to make earrings that were mirror images of each other. These are copper circles that have been run through a rolling mill to print the pattern onto the disks and hand cut each crane out of the metal using the jewelers saw. It took a lot of time, but there they are! They're rather heavy, but that is mostly due to the gauge sheet metal we were required to use.
