First off, gather your materials. I used black thread when making my cookie, but if possible brown thread would be a better option. I just happened not to have any. Light/Dark Brown felt. Glue. Im using Polyester stuffing.
First draw a circle onto the light brown felt. Obviously change the size of the circle depending on what size you want the cookie to be. Next fold over the felt and use a pin to keep it together. Or draw another circle on a seperate piece of fabric.
Following the guideline, sew the two pieces together. I used a sewing machine for this bit for speed but sewing by hand is just as good.
Don't sew the whole way round. Leave a gap. This is to allow you to turn the fabric inside out as this keeps the stitching on the inside of the cookie. Trim away any excess felt then turn it inside out.
Once you have turned it inside out, use a pencil to push out the shape of the cookie. Next fill it with as much stuffing as you feel it needs. Sew up the gap and you now have the main part of the cookie.
Cut out some small circles using the dark brown felt and position them on your cookie.
When attaching the chocolate chips you can just use glue, or if you want them to be more secure you could sew each of them on. Finally repeat on the other side.
Voila! You have a cookie. Either keep it like that - or add a cute face :D OM NOM NOM
