These were a lot of fun to make and it should make about 12 cakes! The marzipan and chocolate chips are for the eyes and they work way better than Choclate buttons!

I really wanted to have a go at making these and they are so much fun and little kids absolutely love them!

4 tsp Unsalted Butter
4 oz Caster Sugar
6 oz Self-Raising Flour
2 Egg(s)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
For The Icing :
200 g Unsalted Butter
300 g Icing Sugar
4 oz Desiccated Coconut (optional)
1 tbsp Food Coloring
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 packets Marzipan (white)
1 packets Mini Chocolate Chips
1 packets Chocolate Chip Cookies
