Okay, so I'm almost done with my cookie(s). I'm making two: one for the headband, another smaller one for my backpack. I love sticking buttons and badges on my backpack. :]
Already got the cookie and bow made. Just trying to find a plain headband somewhere to attach them to. Great tut, and perfect pictures - I hope to see more from you

Cole - I got the dotted tulle from an destroyed hairband from H&M. If you don't find the right one you can just use normal tulle, that's good enough.
