You Will Need (9 things)

  • Base

  • 7 oz Digestives Crumbed

  • Cheesecake

  • 400 g Cream Cheese
  • 4 oz Icing Sugar
  • 3 oz Butter Melted
  • 7 oz Chocolate Melted

  • Filling

  • 4 oz Cookie Dough

Steps (7 steps, 20 minutes)

    Base...

    Combine the butter & digestives together.

    Press into a tin.

    Cheesecake...

    Combine the cream cheese & icing sugar.

  3. 3

    Add the chocolate.

    Mix in to combine.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle chunks of cookie dough over the base.

  5. 5

    Top with some of the cheesecake mixture.

    Continue to layer with cookie dough & cheesecake.

  6. 6

    Top with more cookie dough.

    Place in the fridge for at least 4 hrs.

  7. 7

    Cut & serve.
