You Will Need (18 things)

  • Brownie

  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • Cookie dough

  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter Softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Steps (11 steps, 60 minutes)

    Brownies...

    Heat oven 350/ 175 degrees.

    Mix butter, sugars & vanilla together.

    Add the eggs one at a time.

    Mix well.

    In a bowl mix flour, cocoa & salt together.

    Mix wet & dry ingredients together.

    If you like add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the batter & mix through.

    Pour into tin & bake for 30 mins until cooked through.

    Remove from the oven & cool completely.

    Cookie dough...

    Mix together the sugars & butter.

    Add vanilla & milk.

    Add flour & salt.

    Mix through.

    Add chocolate chips.

    Mix to combine.

    Press on top of the cooled brownie.

    Place in the fridge for approximately 1 hr.

    Cut & serve.
