Easy to make.

You will need

Cookies
3/4 cup Butter 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg 1 Egg Yolk 2 tsp Vanilla 2 cup Plain Flour 2 tsp Corn Flour 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Fudge frosting
1/2 cup Butter 4 cup Icing Sugar 1/2 cup Cocoa 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1/3 cup Water Boiling
Extra
Sprinkles

Easy to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/175 degrees. Cookies... Cream butter & sugars together.

2. 

   Add vanilla, egg & yolk one at a time mixing though.

3. 

   Fold in flour, corn flour, bicarb & salt.

4. 

   Fold in 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

5. 

   Press into a tray. Top with remaining chips. Bake for 20-25 mins.

6. 

   Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

7. 

   Frosting... Sift dry ingredients. Add all remaining ingredients & whisk until smooth . Allow to cool.

8. 

   Pipe swirls on to the cookies. Pour on some sprinkles.

9. 

   Serve.
