An idea for the hem- Use a zig-zag stitch over the edge while stretching the fabric. I always use the widest setting with a short length. This will make a nice ruffle. Thanks for sharing!
i just made one using another tut. instead of a circle skirt i did a pixy skirt, ie a square set on diagional, and as for the edge hemming problem(i couldnt bet my edges cut straight) so i used hem tape (my bestfriend lol) and tada perfect hemmed edge! such a cute dress cant wait to wear mine!
I wore this dress out for the first time on the wknd and I got soooo many comments on it!!! I went in to the toilets a few times during the night and changed it too which was very fun!!!

Hope that helps. And your dress is lovely. It's nice to see this dress in a print.
