I traced the shoes off of a magazine, onto shrinky dink paper. Then i drilled holes into them and put um on a chain. Too easy to make a tutorial guys, really :)

You will need

1 Shrink Plastic sheet 1 Colored Pencils box 1 Paint Pen (white) Chain 2 Jump Ring(s)
