About
boring old shoes? thrice read comics? problem solved!
I had these shoes for years, but never wore them because they were so boring. I solved that by collaging them with Archie comics cut into squares and triangles with my favourite dialogue bubbles and pictures in them. The glue I used was not waterproof, so they fell apart the first time they got wet. :( Not sure which glue would be better - any suggestions?

I would use tacky fabric glue then after they dry use a clear spray paint to water proof them and it also keeps them from getting dirty as fast. Love your shoes tho!

Use Mod Podge! It's fairly water-resistant and won't crack either. Or, what might be even better is acrylic medium, which is just clear acrylic paint. Good luck!

These are SUPER cute! I have no idea what kind of glue to use. My only suggestion would be to cover them with a thin layer of plastic sewn on...but that might look absolutely awful. I hope you can get it figured out! =)
