I found these on a website, and I thought they were amazing. So I wanted to make them. PLEASE, let me see your version of this!
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celcius.
Mix sugar, egg and butter in a bowl.
Mix baking powder, salt and flour in another bowl, before you mix it all together.
Separate the dough into 4, and put each dough in a bowl. Mix the colour and the dough. Separate the coloured doughs into 15 blobs.
Make a "snake" of every blob. Put 4 "snakes" together, one of each colour.
Make the four-coloured "snakes" longer by rolling them carefully. I think a length of 15 cm would be good. And now for the tricky part. Have your roasting tray ready. Twist the "snake" while your making a spiral of it on your roasting tray. It might take a little practice. :-) Make spirals of all 15 "snakes".
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. And DONE ... Ready to eat! ... And that is how the cookie crumbles. :)
